Greg Corbin
President, bankruptcy and restructuring, Rosewood Realty Group

Greg Corbin is head of bankruptcy and restructuring at commercial brokerage firm Rosewood Realty Group, where he specializes in the sale of properties in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings. Corbin also focuses on foreclosure sales, note sales and the disposition of stalled construction sites. He has sold investment properties spanning all major asset classes, including multifamily apartment buildings, mixed-use, development sites, commercial and retail. In 2020 Mr. Corbin and his team sold $270M in property, including 19 buildings in bankruptcy. Last year he was honored by Property IDX as Broker of the Year and by CoStar as a PowerBroker. Before joining Rosewood, Corbin spent a decade at Besen & Associates, where he won Deal Maker and Broker of the Year awards.
