UCC FORECLOSURES
Our team is intimately familiar with the two most important words: “commercially reasonable.” Through wide-reaching marketing, attention to detail, and complying with all necessary steps, we make sure that no borrower can claim lender liability or that a fair process was not run. Additionally, we work with borrowers to postpone and adjourn auctions in order to properly negotiate a settlement. Knowing both sides of the process ensures we’re best prepared to deal with our counterparty and achieve a successful outcome.

We sell individual loans, loan portfolios, and bank-owned properties; all with the same high level of service.
