One thing on my bucket list: I wouldn’t say that I have a bucket list; I feel that I’m blessed and I am very content with my lifestyle. I’m just happy to be surrounded by good people both at home and in the business.

When I am not working, I am: either spending time with my family and friends, or spinning records as a DJ at parties within my community.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? It’s tough to single one out… In the last year alone, we’ve closed on a dozen or so high-profile deals that all had their own challenges and lists of moving parts to coordinate. It’s never a boring day on this side of the business to say the least… we are always uncovering new challenges and deal-altering components that we must adapt to and overcome, all while time is of the essence. Every deal we close we are proud and consider a big achievement, whether it’s a $100 million or a few hundred thousand.
